LHCBSCIFI-9: Remove plotting methods from digitisation algorithms [https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBSCIFI-9]

For MCFTDepositCreator, MCFTDigitCreator and FTClusterCreator:

  • moved plots to monitoring whenever possible.
  • added configurable (default=off) to add plots for intermediate calculations in the algorithms
  • commented out plots when I was doubtful if they were necessary
  • general cleanup of plots

Still needs a review to assess what plots we do and do not need.
