WIP: adapting the FTLiteClusterMonitor to perform more resolution studies

Cluster resolution is currently hardcoded in PrStoreFTHit (Pr/PrAlgorithms). It has to be updated and possibly externalised in a tool. The first step is to have a proper estimate of the resolution of each kind of LiteCluster.
