Further cleanups for run 3

  • Remove L0 emulation and filtering
  • Clean up Rich and Calo (remove unused possibility to process Rich1, Rich2, Ecal, Hcal separately)
  • Cleanup warnings suppressions
  • Remove obsolete unused options
