Update FT monitoring for improved cluster resolution studies

Contains:

  • modifications to FTClusterTuple
  • a new tools/studyClusterResolution.py

This allows to produce tuples with all the information necessary to make cluster resolution studies. These studies are not definitive, but this is already in a rather advanced state.
