Move FT monitoring algorithms to MoniFT sequence

Merged Sevda Esen requested to merge scifi-moni-configuration into master

DigiFT sequence contains two FT monitoring algorithms. This just moves them to MoniFT sequence to be consistent with other detectors.

Test with !311 (merged) (reference update)
