Minor fixes to tests

  • avoid $BOOLEROOT in .qmt files (as much as possible) in preparation for CMake modernization
  • run tests in temporary directory in build directory (easier maintenance of source tree)
  • remove GeneratorLogFSR.xml in test options (so before running the test) and not after the test (how one is supposed to debug failures otherwise?)
