fix test after merge of lhcb-conddb/DDDB!95

Christoph Hasse requested to merge chasse_fix_test into master

This fixes the segfault we currently see in the boole-Rich-RealDataFormat test.

I'm not sure what this test is testing and if this fix makes sense. Was the test really meant to continuously follow upgrade/master of the DDDB?
@jonrob maybe you can shed some light on this?
