rename ADC thresholds in FTSiPMTool

Open Emmy Gabriel requested to merge FT_rename_thresholds into master

Rename the thresholds in FTSiPMTool from adcThreshold to PEThreshold to avoid confusion with the adc thresholds in the FTClusterCreator. Supersedes !438 (closed) .
