Changed the Photononitor to convert the wavelength to nm

Martin Stefan Bieker requested to merge dev-scifi-photonwavelength into dev-scifi-eventmodel

The PhotonMonitor shows the wavelength distribution of the photons in nano-meters in a histogram from 0 to 900. The values need to be converted from Boole standard units to nm in order to be displayed correctly.
