Draft: refactor option files

setting up options Boole-2024.py and Boole-Run3.py under Digi/Boole/options/General, done by !663 (merged)

  1. After merging the above we can change the names of the tests: here we will need to change also the names of the references and compare them by hand vs the old names
  2. We should then move the tests to the new pytest infrastructure and again compare by hand. This can take a little time so we should put it in an issue to tackle at a later time

(open one MR/or commit to introduce the Detector/XXX.py options and using them in the tests keeping the names of the tests.)
