Update Muon Digitization monitoring plots

Monitoring plots for muon digitisation have been updated with occupancy, radial position and time distributions obtained with digi information and for each of the 4 muon stations. These will be used in LHCbPR Digitization dashboard, therefore the monitoring flag has been set to true as default
