To enable Run3 DataType Boole tests previously crashing ( see #35 (closed)), we have introduced Run3 DataType in RICH configuration https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Boole/-/blob/master/Rich/RichDigiSys/python/RichDigiSys/Configuration.py
