Draft: Modernized FTClusterTuple and use thread safe NTupling

On the way, the algorithm was split into 2 : FTClusterTuple and FTClusterMCTuple

Note that this will require a new Gaudi release with improved support for NTuple writing implemented in gaudi/Gaudi!1860
