Update of DC tests

Suzanne Klaver requested to merge sklaver_DCtest into master

I added two new options files and qmtests to check a different set of conditions. The tests run and produce results as expected. Like most of the other data challenge qm tests, comparisons to reference files is not needed, they should just not fail.
