update reference file for brunel-upgrade-baseline test

Adapts the reference log for brunel-upgrade-baseline test to adapt to Rec!562 (merged)

Note, that MR also affects the vectorfit-brunel-upgrade-baseline test but as it seems there are already differences in the nightlies due to the tracking for this test, I haven't touched this reference log.
