update the upgrade test reference files to account for new forward tracking

This goes along with what is discussed in LHCBTRACK-8. The new reference file is the one produced by today's nightly test brunel-upgrade-baseline.

Could you please have a look and make sure that these observed differences are actually likely to be only connected to the changes in the forward tracking?
