WIP Change topAlgs in MiniBrunelConfig to adapt to changes in Rec!1325

Since PatPV3D is not a filter anymore it doesn't need to be in TopAlgs but the new filter needs to be added to the list.

if i understand correctly that FilterEventsOnNoPVs is a LoKi__VoidFilter and sets filterPassed, then this looks fine. lets not forget to also update the code in !586 (merged) in due time..

@chasse You also need to update Rec/Brunel/tests/qmtest/minibrunel.qms/scheduler_hive_multithread.qmt (and while you are at it, make the failure message a bit more polite....)

Thanks. Note that if you delete a branch, the corresponding MR is automatically closed by Gitlab, but (for obvious reasons) not the other way round. So you could have saved yourself a couple of clicks.
