Update test references to follow !632

Merged Marco Cattaneo requested to merge follow632 into master
All threads resolved!

This MR updates the test references for the changes induced by MR !632 (merged)

@rmatev @rquaglia @chasse FYI. Please let me know what to do with this MR (and !632 (merged)). At the moment it is WIP, so it is not picked up by the lhcb-head throughput tests. Let me know if you want to unwip, and eventually merge.

  • The computing TDR has been done based on a "already" GEC-filtered sample from v2 decoding. On v2 samples the counting of UT and FT clusters was done with a 1-1 relation, thus cutting at 11000 was the condition rejecting 10% of the events.

Now, we moved all things to run over v4 decoding, for which only a "rough" estimation of FT clusters can be obtained, since we lose the 1-1 relation.

To be consistent in developments and fully show progresses, the cut rejecting 10% of the events ( minBias ) for v4 sample is around 9750 while before we were using 11000 also on v4. And this is the value i set for the tests which are used directly in the throughput machinery. From my side it can be merged, since we see in all tests less events processed as expected from a higher GEC selection
