Lumi, HLT and L0 decoding are switched of when DataType is set to "Upgrade" The EnableHive property has been added, which is passed to LHCbApp, it might be needed later to tweak some settings for running with Hive.

Update the Upgrade configuration of Brunel to not run anything that's not required (yet)
