Remove Run 1 and Run 2 tests

The master version of Brunel no longer supports Run1 and Run2 reconstruction. In order to remove the obsolete code from the underlying projects, the first pre-requisite is to remove the Brunel tests that use it. This closes LHCBPS-1801

Some of the removed tests were testing functionality that will have to be preserved for Run 3 reconstruction. These are detailed in #6 (closed)
