Update references to changes introducted in LHCb!2229 (merged), Rec!1757 (merged) and Rec!1714 (merged) plus its friends. Makes !914 (closed) obsolet by also updating changes from Rec!1789 (merged). This MR also adds an "no update" comment in the file name of the Hive-Multi-Thread test. /cc @rmatev
