Follow-up from "Test service to write luminosity information to TTree when reading from FSRs"

  To follow up on !937 (comment 6983727) and the issue @nskidmor reported at LHCb!4242 (closed) for FSRs - apologies if I missed it but where is the test that presently fails? If not prepared, you should really prepare a test that now fails but will be fine once we sort #78 out. We should also have a test for what @nskidmor reports. This is the only route towards "full" coverage, which is a must.

  @efranzos, can you help on this? I hope you agree with the need for the above :-).
