DaVinciExamples should be self-contained

Users should be able to run and modify examples in DaVinciExamples by just checking out this package. I will try to move all needed option files such that they all sit there.
Also, each example should have a corresponding test, located in DaVinciExamples. DaVinciTests should be for unit tests (comment if you disagree). @dfazzini @erodrigu
