RecSummary functor collection

Added a FunctorCollection that adds RecSummary information. By default track multiplicities are given. By request one can add hit subdetector multiplicities. Tests using F.RECSUMMARY_INFO are updated to use the functor collection instead.

This should go into master and 2024-patches.
