Add option files for new DST and uDTS integration tests

The newly added option file tests the microdst output from HLT2. The test covers tupling, truth matching related terms.

In addition, the newly introduced tes_root_mc() function in LHCb!5166 (merged) should be globally binded when initializing DaVinci, as configured in this MR.
