Add dependency to DaVinci Functor cache

Add DaVinciExamples/python/DaVinciExamples/tupling/AllFunctors.py as a dependency of the DaVinci functor cache.

When AllFunctors.py is modified, it will trigger the recompilation of the functor cache.

To be tested with: Rec!4656 (merged)
