Support filling FunTuple with an LHCb::Tagger

Instead of having to 'project' an LHCb::Tagger into its constituents explicitly (by having separate functors for each constituent), directly fill an LHCb::Tagger object into the tuple.

Requires Rec!4690 (merged), which adds the F.FLAVOURTAG functor to obtain (just) an LHCb::Tagger instead of only having functors that provide the constituents, as this functor is now used in functorcollections.py instead of F.TaggingDecision, F.TaggingMistag, and F.TaggingMVAOutput.
