Remove several packages, moved to the upstream projects

This MR removes from DaVinci/2013-patches (last released as DaVinci/v32r8p18) the following packages:

  • Event/PhysEvent (moved to LHCb/reco14-patches)
  • Phys/DaVinciTools (moved to Phys/2013-patches)
  • Phys/DaVinciInterfaces (moved to Phys/2013-patches)
  • Phys/DecayTreeTuple (moved to Analysis/2013-patches)
  • Phys/FlavourTagging (moved to Analysis/2013-patches)
  • Phys/FlavourTaggingChecker (moved to Analysis/2013-patches)

Goes with LHCb!2808 (merged), Phys!802 (merged), Analysis!708 (merged)
