Remove track cuts

Track cuts are applied in Moore. No point adding more, even if it's just an example for tests. See !520 (comment 4350567) but @sstahl .

Feel free but I would actually keep a cut such as TrCHI2PDOF<25 as an example, if not for anything else, cf. my comments in that PR you refer to in the header. But up to you. I hope the TrALL shows how to replace by something else more relevant.
