For truth matching make Spruce as the default root_in_tes

Driven by this discussion, the MR has following changes:

  • Change the default root_in_tes to be Spruce.
  • The configured_MCTruthAndBkgCatAlg takes process as input, instead of root_in_tes. The root_in_tes is set internally depending on process.
