Removing python modules duplicated from Moore

Removing codes duplicated from Hlt2Conf and RecoConf. Requires DaVinci depending on Moore in order to import correctly the modules.

Related to https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/180.

Failing tests will be fixed in follow-up MR (see #68 (closed)).
