Add alignment accessor for the VP System

The VPSystem contains alignment conditions, which may be a bit special. There is, however, no accessor for these alignment conditions yet in the DeVP detector object. This would be useful for computations, or comparisons, of this alignment. See e.g. !643 (comment 8870937)
