DD4Hep implementation of UT geometry

This branch is created based on hwu_ut2 branch but with DeUT codes removed (hard reset by a few commits backwards), and the DeUT development will continue along with hwu_ut2 branch. Tested with lhcb-gaussino nightly slot with build_id: 1017.

Known issue:

  • lvUX851InUT not constructed in UT geometry therefore verify_checksums did not pass.

Some useful information:

  • Face ID remains opposite to what DetDesc presents for Aside (we agreed to change on DDDB side)
  • Readout ID does not contain stripID which should be done in Boole stage
