Minor updates to RICH detector plane geometry

This has the minor updates to detector planes, that were made in the old framework some months ago. This so that the two frameworks become compatible with each other. Testing underway to verify this in detail, to see if there any residual discripancies still exist. This version also has the DeXX classes for beampipes in the two RICH detectors. The two unit tests are updated to illustrate how to access the geometry information from detector elements.
