RICH2 std pmt components: re-label logvols
The components of the std (small) pmts in Rich2 are given new labels. This is to distinguish them from similar components in Rich1. This essentially provides a fix for a limitation from DD4HEP, whereby it does not recognize the existence of the corresponding logvols already built from Rich1, when building Rich2. This update avoids the creation of the corresponding logvols with the same labels in both Rich1 and Rich2. This update is needed in ‘Gauss with Gaussino’, when ‘sensitive detectors’ are defined for creating hits. This update has no effect on detector elements or reconstruction related software.
