Use the correct Magnet current/polarity condition name

Marco Clemencic requested to merge use-correct-magnet-cond into master

The name of the magnet condition (with current and polarity) is different from what originally expected (see lhcb-conddb/lhcb-conditions-database!36 (merged)).

This MR fixes the code (and test data) to use the name found in the conditions database.
