Do not try to find Qt plugins root

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci-master-patch-85414 into master

LCG_101a_LHCB_7 (see lhcb-core/lcg-toolchains!111 (merged)) does not include Qt, so the call to which qmake fails with a very verbose error message.
