Add infrastructure to reproduce effect of VP shims

Eventual aim is to move the VP modules away from the beam line by 1mm to reproduce effect of shims - matches lhcb-conddb/DDDB!121 (merged) - this can be done once the as-run 2022 geometry has been versioned.

This MR adds the infrastructure to easily add the effect of the shims by adding a parameter VP:ShimSize and modifying a variable in the appropriate tests (those in which the expected x positions of modules, ladders, and sensors would be changed). The trunk geometry is unchanged as evidenced by the unchanged checksums.

Also take the opportunity to synchronise VP compact files from trunk to the other directories that had accidentally fallen behind in previous MRs.
