Update of RICH2 large MaPMT CopyNumber scheme

The copy number scheme for Large Mapmt updated to be similar to that in the old framework, for compatibility. Earlier these copy numbers resulted in the pmtNumberInModule to be 0,4,8,12 whereas now it is 0,1,2,3. This is then compatible with the current RichSmartID decoding for Rich2ElementaryCell and this feature is useful when running Boole.
