Added run3/trunk link in compact that points to the top level trunk folder

As discussed during the core soft meeting on the 6/9/23: we need a merge request that puts in place a run3/trunk geometry in Detector, in order to adapt the configurations/conditions ahead of merging the new structure for run4 and run5 geometries (!428 (merged)).
