(first commit) Fix bug in HAL geometry generated by lhcb/Detector !337 (merged). Left and right cells in the Hcal inner module were swapped because of a change of convention in labeling of DetDesc volumes (correctly considered in the previous version of DD4hep HCAL): usually, the "left" ("right") label means "towards positive (negative) values of the x coordinate", while for the 4 cells in the Hcal inner module, the opposite was assumed.
(second commit) Avoid similar names for physical volumes with different geometries: Up/Low, Left/Right common parts of Hcal inner cells
