• Using a more generic script in python instead of bash for checksum verify
• Ignore run3/before-rich1-geom-update-26052022 in checksum verify. Is a special version that was made before we introudced the version and that has simlink for some files to run3/trunk. This version shoudl be renamed and fixed. In fact, we may even want to remove it at some point. since we will not need to have any simulation for 2022 before May, nor we will reprocess the data. But it is used in a bunch of HLT nightly tests and we cannot do that until the tests are modified to use more recent simulation samples and geometry. It is work in progress but it takes sometime and we cannot really push for it until RTA freezes their code for 2024 in a month or so. So we need to leave with it but as it will never be used for simulation we can just treat the checksum in this pseudo-version the same as we do for trunk issuing a warning.
