IGNORE: UP namespaces

Timothy David Evans requested to merge run5-tmp-normaliseUPnamespaces into run5-tmp

Changes the Detector UP to use namespaces in the same way as the other subdets, i.e. UP::ChannelID -> UPChannelID etc.

Only for run5-tmp; we should decide what we do centrally on the master branch - but uniformity would be good.
