Updated z positions for FT and MP stations

Gary Robertson requested to merge MP_FT_updateZpositions into master

This MR updates the z-position of the FT and MP stations. Note that it also affects the positions the stations are placed at within FT_geo.cpp. As usual, if the mighty tracker is not built, everything defaults back to Run 3 FT.
