Adding Enclosure Box to MP

Adding enclosure box code. Updated parameters with needed constants. Added box to visualization.xml.

Also ensured that everything fits: especially half-layer. Added a z-offset for the layer within the enclosure ( see in build_stations() ), and shifted back to true position in build_detector().
