Adding Services to MP_working

added code to MP_geo to place services into detector. Also updated parameters and visualization xml files accordingly. Modified the placement of LayerX1 and LayerX2 within build_stations() to prevent overlaps. This pushes the passive material out of the way of services, and all passive material is behind active silicon layer. Should be confirmed if this is desired.
