Include back in master MPChannelID and MPVolumeID

Renato Quagliani requested to merge rquaglia_run5_addbackChannelID_VolumeID into master

Add back in master part of run5-tmp for the MPChannelID and MPVolumeID. Files were added in run5-tmp but not re-included.

If understood correctly, this will allow LHCb/run5 branch to compile again in the nightly (https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-run5/55/), The error is not present in the run5-sim11 nightly since it uses LHCb/master .
