cleanup unncessary parts for all run3, run4 and run5

Following the suggestions from Gloria, #65 (comment 8080188), We can remove

  • Bls, beam loss scintillators, there was a version in Run1 and a different one in Run2. They have been removed in LS2 and in their places there are RMS and Plume
  • Gvalve, a vacuum valve, that was also replaced with a different vacuum layout in Run3
