Rich: Minor additions and cleanup

Rich/Types.h:

  • Adds a new templated array type used downstream in the Reco. Will have no impact on simulation.
  • Removes no longer needed cling/clang workaround
  • Reduces underlying type for Rich::Side to an 8 bit int.

DeRichMirror:

  • Add a new method for the RICH (enum) the mirror is associated with.

Needed by LHCb!4719 (merged) but can be merge before that one is.
