Draft: MP improvements

This MR encapsulates many improvements made to the MP geometry. The changes are largely summarised in the presentation here but can be broadly split into 3 categories:

• General geometry changes
• Implementation of the pixel module geometry
• Implementation of the mechanics and supports

Changes have been extensively tested, and no overlaps have been found.
